Premium, Personalised 1:1 Face to Face and Online Coaching and Guidance

  • 1, 55-minute 1:1 coaching session a week where we go over technique on your main lifts, or push you through your customised training program with in-person guidance.

Semi private training

Premium, Personalised Small Group, Face to Face and Online Coaching and Guidance

  • x2, 1.5 hour semi private coaching session a week where you go through one of the training days on your program with in person guidance from your coach. (set times every week)

  • up to 5 people in each semi private session

  • Personalised Training Program (updated every 6 weeks)

  • Personalised Nutrition Strategy (macros and calories if suited)

  • Nutrition Education - Learn Flexible Dieting

ARE THESE THE ONLY FACE TO FACE OPTIONS YOU OFFER?

We also offer 1:1 PT sessions ($90 for 55 minutes) as well as our monthly group TS training sessions ($30 for 1.5 hours) as an add-on to online coaching for existing clients.

WHERE DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE? 

We operate out of Husla Gym in Mount Waverley.

if I am an online client can I do a few Face to face sessions with you?

Yes absolutely! If you able to access the in person location, then it is highly recommended that you do face to face session/s with your coach prior or upon starting, as well as every few months if it’s possible. Of course this is not 100% necessary because you are guided online, but we love seeing and connecting with our babes in person, and depending on your experience level, it may be more or less needed!
