You would be a great fit for this service if….

  1. You are wanting to make a long term lifestyle change, not just a quick fix or a short lived transformation. 

  2. You are committed to the constant learning process and want to harness life long skills and knowledge about your training, nutrition, mind and body to gain autonomy.

  3. You are willing to put full trust into your coach and follow through with the weekly plan/goals set to reap the rewards.

  4. You are open and honest with your coach and communicate when/if you are struggling or lack understanding.

  5. You have the ability to self-assess with full accountability. 

  6. You are committed to reporting in with me on a weekly basis using my weekly reporting process.

  7. You have gym experience and good competency at the basic movement patterns - (squat, hip hinge, press, row, thrust etc.) 

    $90 a week (inclusive of GST)

    To sign on with this service, there is a 12 week minimum
